- Seller Financed Wrap Loan: +$100, each party.
- 2nd Loan Documents: +$150, buyer/borrower
- Short Sale Transaction: +$250, seller
- Refinance Closing Fee: $500
- Purchase and Sale Agreement Preparation: $750 (reduced to $600 if done in conjunction with a closing transaction)
- Quit Claim Deed Doc Preparation: $500 plus the $315.40 recording costs (reduced to $150.00 plus $315.40 recording costs when done in conjunction with a closing transaction)
- Reconveyance Doc Preparation: $450 (includes recording fee)

Additional Costs as applicable to each transaction:
- $35 Email Doc Fee
- $20 Wire Transfer Fee (Incoming/Outgoing)
- $35 Courier Fee
- $50 Fed Express Mail Fee (e.g. Lender Docs)
- $15 DocuSign Fee

An extra charge for attorney’s fees may be charged for any additional legal documents required to be drafted and signed at closing (e.g. Power of Attorney, etc.)

    A graduate of Gonzaga Prep ('68), WSU ('73) and Gonzaga University School of Law ('76), Bob specializes in real estate law, estate planning and business entity formation, with emphasis on real estate transactions.

    Limited Practice Officer and Closing Department Manager, Meghan has worked in escrow services since 2003. She oversees all closing files, and personally handles most of the general closings files.

    Tina has worked in escrow services on and off since 2001. She works closely with clients, agents and lenders obtaining all information needed for us to prepare all closing documents to facilitate a smooth closing process for all parties involved.
